Currency & Pricing
All prices on our website are displayed and charged in GBP (£), inclusive of UK VAT. No additional taxes or hidden fees will be added at checkout for UK customers.
If you pay using a method that requires currency conversion, your bank or payment provider will handle the conversion at their current exchange rate. Any conversion fees are determined solely by your payment provider and are not controlled by Elunara.
Payment Security
All transactions are protected by SSL encryption throughout the checkout process, processed in compliance with PCI-DSS security standards, and handled by industry-leading payment processors. We never store your full card details on our servers.
Payment Processing
Most payments are authorised and processed immediately at the time of purchase. Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details.

Klarna Instalments
When choosing Klarna at checkout, you can split your purchase into interest-free instalments. Klarna will perform a soft credit check and provide instant approval. Payment schedules, terms, and any late payment conditions are managed directly by Klarna. Please review Klarna's terms before selecting this option.

Refunds
