All orders are shipped using YunExpress with insured protection against loss or damage during transit.

Processing & Delivery Time
Order Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Estimated Delivery Time:
After dispatch, delivery typically takes 7–12 business days, depending on the destination and local customs processing.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or peak seasons (holidays, major sales events).
Shipping Cost
Insured Express Shipping: FREE
There are no additional shipping charges for any of the supported countries.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.
How to Track Your Order:
1. Visit shopelunara.com/tools/track
2. Enter your order number or tracking number
3. View real-time updates on your shipment location
Important: Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to become active after your shipping confirmation email is sent. If your tracking has not updated after 72 hours, please contact us at info@shopelunara.com.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If Tracking Shows "Delivered" But You Haven't Received Your Order
Contact info@shopelunara.com within 7 days of the delivery date shown in tracking. We will investigate the delivery (up to 72 hours) and reship your order if necessary. Please verify your shipping address was entered correctly, as we cannot provide refunds for customer address errors.
If Tracking Has Not Updated for 5+ Days
If your tracking information has not moved or updated for 5 consecutive business days, contact info@shopelunara.com immediately with:
Your order number
Current tracking status
Last known location from tracking
We will file a claim with the shipping carrier and send you a replacement order at no cost. Claim processing may take up to 72 hours.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, contact info@shopelunara.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will send a replacement immediately. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. Elunara has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
If you refuse a shipment due to customs fees, we cannot issue a refund.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout, including:
Full recipient name
Complete street address (including apartment/unit number if applicable)
City, state/province, and postal code
Contact phone number
Elunara is not responsible for delays, additional fees, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you need to update your shipping address, contact us at info@shopelunara.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot modify the shipping address.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting info@shopelunara.com. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for information on returns.
