Subscription & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all subscription purchases made through shopelunara.com. Please read it carefully before completing your purchase.


Subscriptions

How do subscriptions work?

When you purchase a subscription product from Elunara, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription frequency you select at checkout (e.g. monthly). Your payment details are stored securely and you will be charged automatically at the start of each new subscription period.

How much will I be charged and when?

The price charged will be the subscription price displayed at the time of your purchase. You will be charged:

  • On the date your subscription starts
  • Then on the same date each subsequent subscription period (e.g. every 30 days for a monthly subscription)

You will receive an email reminder at least 3 days before each renewal charge, giving you time to make any changes or cancel before being billed.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fee. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your next scheduled renewal date.

To cancel, you can:

  • Log in to your account and manage your subscription from the subscriptions section
  • Email us at info@shopelunara.com with your order number and a request to cancel

Once cancelled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid period. You will not be charged again after that.

Cancellations requested after your renewal date has passed will take effect at the end of the newly charged period. We are unable to refund charges already processed unless the product is returned under our Return & Refund Policy.

Can I pause or modify my subscription?

Yes. You can pause, skip a delivery, or change your subscription frequency at any time by logging in to your account or by contacting us at info@shopelunara.com. Changes must be made at least 24 hours before your next renewal date to take effect for that cycle.

What if I want a refund on a subscription charge?

If you believe you were charged in error, or if your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@shopelunara.com within 48 hours of the charge or delivery. We will investigate and, where appropriate, issue a refund in line with our Return & Refund Policy.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel most purchases within 14 days of receiving your order and receive a full refund. For subscription products, this cooling-off period applies to your first delivery.
